WINOL HITS HARD!
It started with a group of journalism students studying for a degree, but now, Winchester News Online (WINOL) is rapidly increasing in popularity. Matrix Statistics, and Google Analytics show an average of 500 individual views on campus at Winchester University. In a community of 5,000 students, 1 in 10 rely on us to provide their local news and sport. Youtube shows Sportsweek reaching 1,000 views a week, and our Polish bulletin totting up over 300 hits, meaning WINOL is receiving 10 times more traffic than any other student journalism in the country.
